Payment and Pricing All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK). The current total price for your order is summarized at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT. We offer the following payment methods: Kustom and PayPal.

Kustom Checkout Solution

We use Kustom Checkout to manage your purchase at our store. The Kustom Checkout is an independent checkout solution provided by Kustom AB through which payment methods and delivery options are available.

Kustom is not a bank and does not process payments directly, Kustom provides the interface and logic that displays the applicable payment methods.

When you use the checkout to complete your purchase, you will be offered different payment methods. These payment methods are processed by separate providers, depending on the payment method you select when you finalise your purchase. For the payment, you are redirected to a payment service provider, such as [Klarna, Swish, MobilePay, Vipps, iDEAL and Billie], where the purchase is completed.

In order to make your shopping experience effortless, the Kustom Checkout includes automatic filling of your information if you saved your information or previously entered your information in the Kustom Checkout.

Kustom will not perform any credit check, instead that may be performed by the payment method you have selected to pay for your purchase.

Outside Sweden, PayPal is recommended.

Payment terms are also stated at checkout under the respective payment options.

Delivery and Returns We offer the following delivery methods:

Delivery Free shipping within Sweden for purchases over 599 SEK, otherwise 59 SEK. Delivery time is specified for the product in question. Shipping prices outside Sweden are shown at checkout. We deliver with PostNord as letters or packages.

There may be occasions when it is impossible to complete the order, such as when our carrier cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

Returns Returns are at your own cost unless the item is defective or if we packed it incorrectly. Returns should be sent as letters or packages, not cash on delivery. For exchanges, we pay the new shipping costs from us to you.

Defective Items As a customer, you are expected to check the item immediately upon delivery and contact us if any issues arise. However, we extend your consumer rights by compensating for any significant defect related to the item's function, regardless of when the defect is discovered. As a customer, you are responsible for notifying us of the defect.

Customs - Export Our products are sold based on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Additional taxes or fees may apply according to local laws.

Recipients of deliveries made outside the EU must be able to pay import duties or formal customs entry. If this is the case, delivery may be delayed. Scandipixl AB cannot provide assistance with these processes.

To ensure no customs duties are charged for deliveries outside the EU, check the customs threshold for the country to which you are sending your goods before ordering, and keep your total cart value below the threshold.

14-Day Return Policy We comply with the Distance Selling Act, which gives you the right to return ordered goods without giving a reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or a larger part of it). The item must be returned well-packaged, in good condition, and in its original box.

If you, as a customer, have handled the item to a greater extent than necessary to determine its characteristics or function, leading to a decrease in the item's value upon return, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's depreciation from the refunded amount. Depreciation is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the item as soon as possible or no later than within 30 days of receiving the item. You must pay the return shipping costs yourself.
